  • We do NOT preform-

    • Anal gland expression. For the health and safety of your pet, we do not perform anal gland expressions. Anal glands are a medical concern and should be assessed and expressed by a veterinarian if necessary. Veterinary professionals are best equipped to evaluate potential infections, impaction, or other underlying issues that may require medical attention.

    • Cat nail cap application. While nail caps can be useful in certain home settings, they require regular monitoring and reapplication to ensure they remain safe and comfortable for the cat. For this reason, we recommend that nail caps be applied and maintained by the pet’s owner or veterinarian.

    • Walk-in services. We operate by appointment to ensure every pet receives the time, attention, and calm environment they deserve. This allows us to work safely and without rushing, while minimizing stress for pets during their grooming experience.

    • Teeth brushing. We do not offer teeth brushing as part of our grooming services. While commonly requested, it provides only a temporary cosmetic benefit and does not contribute to meaningful dental health. For optimal oral care, we recommend a consistent at-home routine paired with professional veterinary dental cleanings.

  • If fleas are found on your pet at any time during the grooming process, a flea treatment fee will be added to your service. This treatment helps protect your pet, our salon environment, and other pets in our care. In cases of heavy infestations, the appointment may be rescheduled after your pet has received appropriate treatment.

  • To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure every pet receives their full appointment time, we ask that clients arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before and no later than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment. Arrivals outside of this window may need to be rescheduled.
